Exchange
Although we don't expect it, you may want to exchange your item. That's no problem. You can return your purchase within 60 days. Items must of course be shipped undamaged and unused in the original packaging with the original packing slip included. Always contact us first by email: webshop@tafelverlichting.nl
Returns
If you are not satisfied with the items ordered, you can return your order within 60 days of receipt. The products must be returned complete and (as far as reasonably possible) in the original condition and packaging. We kindly ask you to check immediately after receipt of your order whether it has arrived undamaged and complete. If not, please notify us as soon as possible.
